Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel a scheduled appointment or booking. In order to best serve all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or booking. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the cancellation. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment time to another client. We value your time and appreciate your consideration of our cancelation policy.
